Only the person who gets the reminders. A seat is somebody you have chosen to cover, and covering them is what makes the bot watch the mentions addressed to them. Whoever writes the @mention is never counted, so a 40-person server where six people are covered is six seats - however many mentions the other 34 send.
Adding somebody is charged only for the part of the period that is left; removing somebody comes back as a credit on the next invoice. Nothing has to be bought in advance and nothing has to be reclaimed by hand.
Yes. It is filed in KSeF, it reaches you by e-mail, and every invoice you have ever had sits on the Billing page in your panel. Prices here are net - your company details are collected at checkout and VAT is added where it applies.
Poland is billed in PLN and everywhere else in USD, decided by the country you buy from rather than the language you happen to be reading. The currency is pinned to your account by its first invoice, so every renewal after that is in the same one.
Yes, from the Billing page in the panel. Moving to annual takes effect at once and whatever you already paid for the current quarter is credited against it. Moving the other way waits until the period you have paid for runs out and only then starts billing quarterly - so a switch never throws away time you have already bought.
